FIRST FIRING OF 415B TC- VIDEO CONFERENCE

CTO’S ADDRESS.

Dear Ladies and gentlemen, Our COO Mr Yang and CTO Richard Tamba will make the following speech on his behalf.

Dear Prof. Stefan, dear ladies and gentlemen from FEV, and dear members of our SYTECH Australia and Chinese teams.

First of all, on behalf of the SYTECH chairman of the board, Mr. Ho senior, and SYTECH CEO, Kasim Ho, allow me to congratulate you all on the the successful first firing of the S415B TC prototype engine. I gratefully thank FEV and the SYTECH Global team for their joint efforts.

Unfortunately, at the beginning of the project, we were met with the global COVID 19 pandemic, which made it impossible for us to work normally, we have been unable to work face to face with each other, unable to travel internationally, and we have all faced many difficulties in regards to suppliers and resources. Therefore, it has not been easy for us to achieve today's results. The SYTECH engine is different from other traditional engines, this requires our teams to design, develop and discuss, all at the same time. This is made even more difficult because there is almost no successful comparison experience to use as a reference. Today's achievements by the whole team are an example of Global innovation using teamwork, open attitude and a spirit to achieve regardless of the boundaries we have faced. I hope all of us will continue the teamwork spirit and open attitude that has resulted in our success today and I hope that we continue to increase our efforts in the subsequent assembly, calibration and testing tasks. 

At the same time, following on from today’s success, FEV is requested to ensure that the required skilled resources of test equipment and engineers with good professional ability are available in the following subsequent tasks, so as to advance the delayed test plan as far as possible. 

As you know, some of our potential Chinese customers are very concerned about the advanced performance of our engine calibration and test results, such as thermal efficiency, NVH, and Scotch Yoke reliability and are closely monitoring our progress . We need to convince them with the planed complex testing that our engine truly is an advanced engine that is reliable, durable, cost effect and meets the performance targets we have set.

We must face these challenges together and get an A-grade on this examination!!. 

Ladies and Gentlemen, The famous German proverbs said:"Ende gut, alles gut." and "Aus nichts wird nichts". let's continue our efforts without delay and work together towards a successful outcome.
